Redland Hills has selected Mission Alive, a church planting organization in Dallas, TX, as our strategic partner for coaching and equipping. Mission Alive was birthed out of the need to help existing churches go through renewal and cast a vision for the beginning of new churches. They also equip church planters in strategy, theology, and nurture them spiritually.
The church leadership of Redland Hills has been through the assessment process and was invited to team up with Mission Alive. We have signed a two year partnership agreement for coaching and equipping. Some of our leadership is involved in a coaching huddle with Mission Alive staff on a weekly basis for the next year. We will attend multiple training weekends throughout the two year period.
In addition, we have dedicated 10% of the new church offering towards future church planting efforts. We envision not just one new church, but a movement of church planting through the region.
