Calling all 1st-6th graders to lean into God’s word in a fun and interactive learning environment! Grades 1st-3rd meet in the Explorer classroom. Grades 4th-6th meet in the Navigate classroom.
On Friday Sept 24 we’ll be hosting our community and neighbors for a fun night under the stars and spaced out as much as you like! Bring a blanket or lawn chair to enjoy the 2021 release of Tom & Jerry on our inflatable screen in the front yard of the church. The event is free and we’ll provide the popcorn and lemonade. The film will start at 7 PM.
Prayer is the pathway to break through barriers. Especially in this season of hardship, we want to pray God’s blessing over our communities and those around us. During this special week, we encourage you to get out on your street and walk (or drive) and pray for your street and/or neighborhood. Do it one day or every day. Today we’ll take up one offering that will be disbursed at home & abroad to partner ministries. We’ll be dedicating 50% towards local & foreign missions and 50% towards debt retirement. Consider a gift that will do good both far & near.
This fall the Redland Hills Kids will be packing a Care Tote for foster children. (This will be in place of the Christmas shoeboxes) Backpacks will be provided with a specific list for each age group. Just grab a labeled backpack and fill it with the attached list of items. In StartingPath 1- CONNECT we explore what it means to know God by connecting with Jesus through our faith. We’ll also share about the Redland Hills Church story and how we have a place for you.
